Epiphone Casino completely factory unfinished. - Help me choose options.

I've acquired a completely unfinished (no drilled holes and never finished) Epiphone Casino. (Most likely the Inspired by John Lennon model 2000s or John Lennon USA)
I've narrowed down some options for finishing.
I'm a huge Beatles and Oasis fan and overall just jangle and britpop, mod shit yadada.
A. Make it like John Lennon's 1965 model stock as it appeared in April-May 1966 ala "Paperback Writer" and "Rain" music videos.
B. Make it like the same one but natural with gold grovers and same spec.
C. Pelham Blue with white pickguard and a Bigsby and or Frequensator done to stock 1960s spec. Like this
Or feel free to discuss other options and ideas.
There's more options and I'm a huge guitar traditionalist and I love the good old fashioned vintage gear. But I'm curious to what everyone is thinking here. I'll provide more pics if anyone would love to see it.

Epiphone made in U.S.A. Casino

Hi all, any news on the above mentioned, Epiphone made in USA Casino? I know it was shown at NAMM earlier this year, but then, nothing...I was incredibly excited about this news as I wanted previously to get an Epiphone Elitist Casino (made in Japan) but they were quietly discontinued last year. I assume this is intended to replace that line?

[GEAR] Selling high end gear because you prefer your cheapest one

So I have that USA Gibson les Paul I bought used few years ago, and I was pretty cool with it until recently.
I played an epiphone casino in a shop, made in China, worth maybe half the price of the Gibson. But i dont know, she really had a thing, so I took her back home. It's been some time now and I can say I really enjoy it far more than my Les Paul, at a point where I decided to sell the Gibson.
I saw a lot of people on this sub wanting to upgrade, but I somewhat "downgraded" and I'm happier than ever with it !
Have you already had some similar experience where you ended up selling high end gear because you prefered some "cheaper" one ?

Epiphone Elitist Casino p90 Pickup Replacement [QUESTION]

Hey guys, I recently stumbled upon a basically new Epiphone Elitist Casino body/neck stripped of all of it's hardware for a really dumb low price of $300. I've always wanted one of these so I snatched it up. Not my first rebuild, won't be my last I'm sure.
The only part I am having difficulty deciding on/sourcing are the pickups. I have played both an Elitist and one of the LTD John Lennon 1965's and those Gibson USA P90's sounded very cool. I'm not looking for the most aggressive tone of all time, but I also want plenty of mid-range and umph (not necessarily vintage). I can't seem to find a source fo the Gibson USA P90's anywhere. Seems like what I want are the Lollar p90's. But read on...
Due to the metric Japanese measurements plus the Epiphone/ES 330's unique cavity and top curvature, nobody seems to sell a direct aftermarket drop in. There is only one pickup set I've found that is drops-in by Kent Armstrong. I can't find a single video or review of them anywhere. Not outrageous price ($120), but too much for the risk imho. I'd never even heard of them until I started looking so I'm apprehensive.
The pickups everyone raves about either the Seymore Duncan Antiquities ($230+ for a set) or the Lollar p90's that already have my attention ($230+ for a set). Surprisingly the GFS p90 pops up a lot as being pretty great, for only $70 for the set. p90's are easy and relatively cheap to adjust as you can swap magnets in seconds, so that GFS set is tempting as hell. However none of these are direct drop in replacements. They would require drilling new holes, or shims, or both. Which I am not totally against.
As a final third option, several people offer rewinding services on p90's. I could grab a cheap ass set of the china Epiphone imports for $30 direct, and then pay somebody to rewind them properly. Lollar charges $230 for that, so it's basically the cost of a new set that I could then drop-in. I've found another indie guy that will do it for $90, to Lollar's specs. I just don't know if it's a good idea to start from such a crappy base.
Anyone have any experience or guidance for me? Thank you!

Help choosing a new guitar needed.

Hello, everyone. Sometime this summer, I'm looking at replacing my Squire Strat that I've had for 12 years now, and I'm stuck between a Telecaster and a Les Paul (original, I know), and need help choosing between the two (and one more, which I'll get to in a bit). I should also mention that I'm really not looking to spend much more than $1000, and I'd say $1200 is my absolute cap. The type of music I play is a little bit of older stuff (Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Cream, etc.) and some newer alternative stuff. I'll be running them through a TC Spark mini, DigiTech Whammy, EHX Big Muff, and Ibanez Mini Tube Screamer, into a Peavy Vypyr 60watt.
I've been going back and forth for a while now. Both guitars seem to do exactly what I want them to.
The Les Paul I'm looking at would be something either like this one, or this one, though I'm leaning more towards the 60's tribute because it's a bit cheaper, and I love P-90's (I might replace the pickups with a Lollar P-90 bridge and a Lollar Alnico staple neck).
I've been looking at a variety of Teles, and my favorite one so far is something of a 1964 custom reissue (like this). The only ones I can find are MIJ models, which are hard to reliably find, and Custom Shop models, which are way above my price range. Though I would settle for a normal, unbound sunburst Tele, but with specs similar to this one (only right handed. I think that one is a 1964 or 65, but I could be wrong).
Basically, I love the crunch of the Tele when you crank it, and it feel balanced when I sit with it (I'll be standing most of the time), but the Les Paul just feels right, and every note I want comes of out if naturally. Only problem, when I sit with it, the body feels substantially heavier than the neck.
Now, with all this Beatles talk, there is one guitar that is in the back of my mind that will give the Tele and Les Paul a run for their money: The Epiphone Casino. I love the sound of it, but it doesn't quite feel right (it may just be the gloss on the neck, though). I'm really not sure how good it is for soloing and stuff like that. Plus, I'm not sure how reliable the electronics will be. Finding a model in my budget will probably result in me getting the cheapest, Korean made model.
Anyways, sorry for the long post, but any suggestions?
TL;DR: Tele, Les Paul, but for some reason, Casino.
